liblrs-dev software package provides package to enumerate vertices and extreme rays (static libraries and headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblrs-dev
liblrs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblrs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblrs-dev *
You will get with liblrs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
